I am a UX researcher, leader, and strategist, currently based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Professional Background
I am a UX strategist and researcher with mixed methods expertise. My current role is with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where I lead security and authentication research across the firm’s consumer and business portfolio. My job is to build a world-class team to tackle research on some of the most strategically significant challenges facing the firm in the 21st century. It’s the biggest and most impactful opportunity I’ve ever had.
In my previous role at Verizon, my focus was on regulatory compliance in the commercial logistics and IoT space. My primary responsibilities included identifying emergent user requirements in a rapidly evolving industry and regulatory environment, assessing impacts of CoVid-19 on transportation logistics, enriching understanding and empathy toward users, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary and globally distributed team of stakeholders to develop solutions that improve safety, compliance, job proficiency, and quality of life for millions of Verizon customers.
I have experience aligning research and product roadmaps, creating standards for research communication, establishing UX metrics, and more. My research methods include: surveys, interviews, statistical analysis (R), participatory design, diary studies, contextual inquiry, experimental design, usability testing, prototyping, and concept testing. I have 3 years’ full-time industry experience and 6 years’ consulting experience.

Build meaningful relationships. Treat time as a precious resource. Ask the right questions.
As a social scientist and UX researcher, I am empowered by these core values to demystify data and collaboratively solve complex problems. I have a special passion for understanding people—their behaviors, beliefs, interests, goals, routines, and relationships— and for applying that understanding to the technologies that shape our lives.
